Our South Devon village Bed & Breakfast and Restaurant is situated just south of Exeter city centre and a few minutes walk from Powderham Castle, we are ideally located in the quiet and picturesque village of Kenton, our holiday accommodation is the perfect choice for a holiday or short break in Devon.

We are a family run business and offer comfortable B and B accommodation. Chi has 5 comfortable en-suite bedrooms all with colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits & mineral water, hair dryer, in room safe, telephone, alarm clock radio and free broadband internet access. A photo copying & fax service is available at a small charge.

Our breakfast menu includes a full English breakfast, or if you prefer something different, we offer a Chinese breakfast of freshly steamed dim sum & Jasmine tea. A packed lunch can also be provided.

Our restaurant has been designed to offer our guests a comfortable and welcoming dining experience.
A separate dining room is available, free of charge to guests preferring a little more privacy. (Available for 8-12 people) .
Where possible, our chefs endeavour to source fresh local produce. We do not add flavour enhancers, colouring our preservatives to any of our dishes.
A popular dish is our ‘Catch of the Day’ filleted and cooked to choice. From simply filleted and steamed or for the more adventurous, filleted, fried in a light crispy coating and finished with a sweet & spicy Thai sauce.

The surrounding area of Kenton has so much to offer for an enjoyable holiday. Exeter city centre is close by with an array of shops, cafés and restaurants, the Dartmoor countryside with all its wildlife is easily accessible and Devon boasts some of the best beaches in the UK, especially around Dawlish.
