The Farmhouse is situated in a beautiful quiet hamlet of Waddeton with picture card pink thatched cottages on the fringes of the villages of Stoke Gabriel and Galmpton. The large garden where you can sit and reflect overlooking the river Dart.
There are 4 rooms available all with countryside views and 2 with distant views of the River Dart.

The farm is situated on the urban fringes of Brixham, Paignton and Totnes. Making it very central to all the local attractions and amenities.
Stoke Gabriel is a typical rural Devon Village famous for it's church with an 800 year old yew tree on the banks of River Dart and it's Millpond. With it's shops ,tea rooms and 2 pubs.
Totnes is a large historic Elizabethan town.
Torquay is just 15 mins drive, where you can be on the beach or in town and enjoying all the facilities of the Riviera including Kents Cavern, Living Coasts, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Water Park, Paignton Zoo and Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway.
A Scenic car Ferry to Dartmouth by the famous Royal Naval College is just 10 minutes away.
A must is a trip up the Dart to Totnes by the Riverboat.
A 35 minute drive will take you to the centre of Dartmoor or to the city of Exeter with its wonderful Cathedral. or Plymouth.
There are many Blue Flag beaches to choose from all close by. The 2 nearest is just 5 minutes away at Broadsands and Goodrington.
The National Trust Houses within 10 mins drive are Greenway House (home of Agatha Christie) on the banks of the River Dart. Coleton Fishacre and Compton Castle.
Many local Pubs and restaurants close at hand to suit all tastes.
