Saunton Surf Pad is situated in a unique location overlooking Saunton Sands in North Devon.

Perched on the cliff you have uninterrupted views across 3 miles of the beach and across the bay to the Taw estuary with Clovelly and Hartland point in the distance.

The room Is annexed from the main house, en-suite with toilet & shower room & with access directly to the beach.

A five minute walk takes you down the cliff path to some of the best longboard breaks in the Southwest. Your also just around the corner from Croyde & Puttsbourgh beaches ( 5 min drive) with their popular surfing breaks bars & restaurants .

If you like walking or exploring, right on your doorstep are the Braunton Burrows Sand Dunes , over 1000 hectares of UNESCO Biosphere Reserve the largest of its kind in the UK . With over 400 recorded species of vascular plants. This in turn means there are also a great variety of associated invertebrate species.

Just down the hill is the famous Saunton Sands Golf Club, a links course

Rated 25th in the top 100 courses in the British Isles. It has two traditional links 18 hole courses, the East being recognised the Championship course, whereas the West although shorter in many ways offers a more exciting test of golf.
