Will and Jan offer comfortable and affordable en-suite accommodation at their tranquil and peaceful home, surrounded by 120 acres of beautiful countryside on the coast of Exmoor National Park above Lynmouth in North Devon. Bordered by the National Trust Estate of Watersmeet it's believed the manor of 'Estlyn' has the same 'hide' (120 acres) as recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086.

Children, dogs, horses and muddy boots are welcome on the farm that is an ideal location for walking and horse or mountain bike riding over the 267 square miles of Exmoor National Park. Some of the best surfing in the UK is within 30 minutes drive or more locally at the neighbouring harbour of Lynmouth. Local uncrowded sandy coves or the world famous beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are all easily accessible.

All of our bedrooms are en-suite; a window 'slipper bath' or 'spa bath' and full English breakfast (with our own free range eggs) and the freedom of the farm, that has stunning sea views, are all inclusive of rates starting at only £27.50 per person per night!

So if your ideal holiday or short break is total freedom (come and go as you please), walking, horses or mountain bikes, fishing (the East Lyn River with trout and salmon is adjacent to the farm) with course and sea fishing also available nearby then please contact us for availability.

Arrive Friday night for a three course supper with complimentary wine, enjoy an en-suite romantic bedroom with full central heating, Free Sat TV and DVD player, tea coffee etc., or relax in the lounge with an inglenook fireplace and a good book. Why not start Saturday morning with a short walk before breakfast (its up to you at what time) and hopefully spot the herds of wild Red and Roe Deer that graze freely over our 120 acre farm that has amazing sea views to the mountains of Wales.

After a full traditional English breakfast the day is yours to do as you wish and come and go as you please; whether it’s walking, mountain bike or horse riding, surfing, bird watching, fishing or simply, just relaxing at some of the great pubs on Exmoor! A four course Saturday Dinner with the best of local produce (and another free bottle of wine) will most likely find you collapsing in front of the fire wondering how you will find room for Sunday’s breakfast!

Our aim is to provide ‘a more than expected’ ‘affordable’ ‘recession busting’ weekend experience that you want to repeat time and time again (we’re not silly) so that’s why we only charge £199.00 for two people FULLY INCLUSIVE! - It's even better if you bring your friends with you – for a party of four (or six) we’ll give you free pre-dinner drinks, extra wine with your meals and personally escorted expeditions of Exmoor (to places where no person has gone before, maybe)!
