We are on the edge of Exmoor national park and overlooking the sea. Great walking from our front door, superb horse riding and other sporting facilities nearby. Our twin village of Lynmouth can be accessed in a fun way using the famous water-powered Cliff Railway. This area has everything from moors and forests to secluded rocky coves and wide open sandy beaches.
