18th Century gamekeeper's cottage, now a luxury B&B, perfectly positioned in totally peaceful surroundings overlooking a beautiful wooded valley with a stream below.

Ideal central location just four miles from both Dartmouth and the Southwest Coast Path, where the coastline is as varied and truly spectacular as anywhere in the country. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and many are not even crowded at the height of the summer.

Only a short walk to a historic village renowned for its annual International Worm Charming Contest and for its traditional and very friendly inn offering excellent inexpensive evening meals. In addition, a really high quality pub restaurant has just opened just up the lane, and it has received rave reviews from several of our guests.

All our bedrooms are en suite with carefully co-ordinated furnishings in keeping with the character of the cottage.

Each room shares the same truly stunning views over the valley towards Start Point Lighthouse.
