Sunbay Guest House is a fully graded guest house from the tourist board and has a 3 star rating. We also have full fire certificates and food hygiene certificates.

Sunbay Guest House is just 10 yards from the beach and has no busy main road to cross to reach the beach. One of very few places in Weymouth that is practically on the beach.

Now in our 12th season at Sunbay Guest House you can be sure of a warm welcome. All our rooms are tastefully decorated with all bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms, remote control TV's, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and more.

Most of our rooms also offer sea views across the stunning Weymouth bay/ beach.

We offer a range of rooms from singles to doubles to twins and to family rooms.

Our largest family room sleeps 5 persons. Children are welcome aged 3&.

We also have our fantastic premier room with four poster bed in Sunbay for those special occasions, this room offers full en-suite facilities, is on the 1st floor and has glorious views across Weymouth beach.

Full English breakfast is served everyday with a full variety of breakfast products on offer as well as a traditional full English breakfast consisting of bacon, sausages, baked beans, tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms, and eggs which can be fried, poached, boiled or scrambled, toast and preserves. Lighter breakfasts are also available on request.

Sunbay Guest House is open all year round and also open at New Year. Sunbay Guest House is closed for Xmas.
