Elwell Manor Guesthouse is in the quiet area of Rodwell. We offer excellent bed and breakfast accommodation at a reasonable price in comfortable, friendly surroundings. We try to make the atmosphere as easy going as possible and as you will have your own key you may come and go as you please.

We welcome holiday makers and visitors to the town as we are just a short walk to all major facilities, shops, pubs and restaurants. Many of the pubs are dog friendly as is the main beach.

If you are sailing, diving, windsurfing, touring, visiting relatives or on business we can accommodate you.

We have free off-road parking and wet storage, for those taking part in water sports, available. We can often accommodate boats of a reasonable size if it is required. There is also parking available in the two adjacent side roads.

Elwell Manor is very close to the town centre, just a ten minute walk to the harbour where you can find shops, pubs and restaurants. Portland harbour is a five minute drive in the opposite direction and the southwest coastal path is five minutes' walk away. In the immediate area there are a number of dog-walking areas. We are close to the Rodwell Trail, Castle Cove beach, the Nothe Fort and the Nothe Gardens.

We are very close to other attractive Dorset towns such as Bridport, Lyme, Dorchester and Swanage and attractions such as Corfe Castle, Monkey World and The Tank Museum. Bournemouth and Poole are about 40 minutes away. There is a rail link to London and other large towns.
