The Barn at Ringletts Farm is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Sussex countryside, have pleasant nights out in close by towns or a base to explore further a field to London or Brighton perhaps.

The 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished (1 being en-suite the other two share a family bathroom), the property can be rented in its entirety as a holiday let sleeping 6-8 people with a well equipped kitchen a large lounge private garden with ornamental fish pond, patio terrace with tables and chairs and a large lawned area (great for two families holidaying together).Breakfast, lunch and evening meals can be catered for on request. Dogs are very welcome when booking as a holiday let, a small charge of £5 per dog per night will be made. £450-750 per week

Alternatively if you are requiring only one or two rooms you can book these individually on a bed and breakfast basis and will have shared access to the lounge and garden, again lunch and evening meals can be catered for on request. Dogs (£5 per dog per night) are also welcome when booking individual rooms but only with the consent of the other guests already booked in. £50-£70 per double room per night B&B. £30-£50 single occupancy.

Battle Abbey is a beautiful and very interesting walk(dogs on leads are allowed).

The coastal town of Hastings with it's restaurants, pubs, old town and fishing fleet is a must, as is the ancient town of Rye.
