Blacksmiths is situated in a lovely village called Kilham in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. Kilham is Centrally placed for the coast (8miles),York, Hull & the North Yorkshire Moors and many more interesting places.

All our rooms are on the ground floor and are ensuite (shower). A superb Yorkshire Breakfast of your choice awaits you in our dinning room inside the main house. We have a large garden with summerhouse for your use. Dogs by arrangement £3 per night.

Superb 18th & 19 century interiors including a gallery, great hall dining & drawing rooms Delightful lakeside and parkland. Sewerby hall & Gardens near Bridlington is a 18th century house on the edge of the East Yorkshire coast.

Explore the woodland trail; meet the animals at the children’s zoo and picnic in the gardens that have been given the Britain in Blooms Gold Award. The hall also includes an extensive collection of Amy Johnson memorabilia, telling the amazing story of the first woman to fly solo from Britain to Australia.

We have Horse riding near by also fishing either fresh water or sea. If you are a bird lover we have Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve one of England’s top wildlife attractions. Over 200,000 nesting sea birds on 300 ft cliffs including Gannets &. Puffins, from April to September Just a short drive away we have a number of golf courses, or if you want to just relax / chill out we have two nice pubs that do meals just round the corner not to far to roll home.
