We are 2 small boutique hotels located just a short stroll from the beach in Southsea, Portsmouth.

The hotel offers something a little different with all rooms individually designed, and of the highest quality.

We have rooms to suit all tastes, with classic style, to contemporary, shaker style, art deco and many more. Many rooms offer Spa baths, power showers, double bathtub or freestanding baths, beds range from double s to super king size!

If you are away for a romantic break or taking your family away to discover Portsmouth's attractions, we have rooms to suit. Our Family rooms can accommodate 2-5 guests in comfort.

We offer a range of room types, so whether you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head or a luxurious retreat we have something for you.

We are a small intimate venue, with a personal touch.

The local area is brimming with things to do and sights to see, with the main attraction, The Historic Dockyard, being five minutes drive or a stroll along the seafront, here you can experience Nelson's Flagship, the Victory, and the first ironclad ship, the Warrior and the tragic Mary Rose. With various museums, and places of interest you will definitely be there all day!

Gunwharf Quays is the south's premier marina, with the iconic Spinnaker Tower looming overhead, a bustling shopping centre and great place to soak up the sun in the day or enjoy drinks at night.
