2 miles approx from main Waterloo/Portsmouth railway line, at local station, Rowlands Castle. We are situated 5 miles from A3M south of Petersfield. We can collect from the local station at Rowlands Castle if required.

Close to Goodwood (Festival of Speed, horse racing, Revival meeting, airfield, stately home), Chichester (Festival theatre and harbour), Portsmouth (Gunwharf and historical attractions including Mary Rose, HMS Victory), Emsworth and Bosham with excellent coastal walks.

Situated near to South Downs Ridgeway with good footpaths from farm accessing historical churches, St Huberts, Idsworth. For the keen walker The South Downs Way stretches for miles!

There are excellent nearby golf courses at Goodwood, Petersfield, Rowlands Castle, Waterloovile, Hayling Island. Old Thorns Golf and Country Club is approximately 15 miles north.
