Ann welcomes you to Anns Cottage a pretty detached bungalow, and always looks forward to making your stay enjoyable whether on holiday, business or special occasions. Open all the year round, I offer you comfortable ground floor accommodation.
All with TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities. Also ironing and washing facilities if required. Also Hanging facilities outside for yachtsmen's wet suits.
The garden is available for the use of guests.
There is parking available on the premises or on the road outside.
Anns Cottage is located in a quiet area opposite the park and only a minute away from the beach.
There is a small shopping Centre a few minutes away. Conveniently situated for Maritime Portsmouth, Isle of Wight, New forest and Chichester, and of course Goodwood Race course for Glorious Goodwood and The Festival of Speed and the Revival Meeting also at Goodwood house Home of the Earl Of March.
Not forgetting Haylings own Sailing prowess. The international venue of Hayling Island Sailing Club holds many prestigious throughout the year.
Hayling is famous for its windsurfing history, it all started on Hayling Island.
Also close upon our doorstep is the naval town of Gosport which has the Submarine Museum and also there is Fort Nelson which houses the Royal Armouries Museum with lots of displays during the summer.
There are numerous museums within a fifteen-mile radius.
Hayling offers safe beaches all with the blue flag, a passenger ferry to Portsmouth is also available for those who want a short boat trip across to Portsmouth.
Full English breakfast is provided, which is very popular, I try to make all visitors feel this is home from home and friendly.
There are numerous nature walks on Hayling that are very picturesque. A safe haven for many species of wildlife.
