Our three spacious en-suite rooms have exposed beams and wonderful views and are well appointed with colour TV, hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer. Comfortable guest lounge. Situated in the very beautiful countryside of East Hampshire on a quiet working arable and livestock farm we are surrounded by our own fields and woodland. It is secluded and peaceful yet surprisingly close to main communication routes with central London being only 48 miles away.

An ideal base for walking and cycling, with many scenic areas to explore. Stubbs Farm is a haven for wildlife where buzzards, barn owls, roe deer, badgers and many others are often seen. Part of the farm is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

We are close to Jane Austen's House at Chawton, Gilbert White's House at Selborne and Watercress Line Steam Railway between Alton and Alresford. The cathedral cities of Winchester, Guildford, Chichester and Salisbury are within easy reach as is the historic dockyard at Portsmouth and Goodwood for racing and the revival.

National Trust properties of Hinton Ampner, Uppark and The Vyne together with RHS Garden at Wisley are all easily accessible. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the area including Old Thorns at Liphook.

For evening meals we are able to suggest a number of local pubs and restaurants serving good food.
