Shepherds Court Guest House is situated on a working sheep farm, views from all of our guest rooms offer outstanding scenery.
Our guest house operates as a bed & breakfast, but subject to availability we let out the entire property as a self-catering unit.
We are ideally situated for a number of attractions including Jane Austen's house at Chawton, the Watercress Steam Railway line in Alton, and Gilbert White's House and the Oates Museum in Selborne.
Our English Tourist Board 4 star silver 'excellent-rated' accommodation comprises of 3 double en-suite rooms, 1 twin en-suite bedroom and 1 ground floor en-suite family room.
Every bedroom is furnished to a high standard of comfort, and has exposed beams. Each offers stunning views across the Hampshire countryside towards Chawton.
Each of our non-smoking rooms is fully furnished with:

A hearty full English breakfast cooked on the Aga is served in our sunny breakfast room each morning from 7.30 - 9.00am (or by prior arrangement).
We use locally produced fayre, where possible, and our own fresh free range eggs. A choice of toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, tea and coffee are available daily, and if you have any special dietary requirements we are always happy to discuss your needs with you.
Our large drawing room overlooks the beautiful Hampshire countryside. Guests are free to use this superbly equipped room during their stay.
We have a large off-road parking area for guests to use throughout their stay with us.
Wi-Fi is broadcast throughout the guest house for use by guests. Please contact us for more details on this service.
All prices include breakfast (except self-catering), VAT, and off road private parking. We accept both cash and cheque payments. Check in is from 4.30pm daily and check out by 10.30am (or by prior arrangement).
