An Edwardian residence, built in 1918 and still retaining many of its original features.
Forest Lodge is situated in the heart of the hamlet of Liss Forest, neighbouring Liss village and close to the historic market town of Petersfield, East Hampshire.
Being on the West Sussex border, it is within easy reach of Goodwood for those attending Glorious Goodwood, the Festival of Speed, Revival and Vintage at Goodwood.
Other local attractions include Fontwell Races, Polo at Cowdray Park, The Chilli Fiesta at West Dean, Chichester Festivities and the Historic Dockyards and Spinnaker tower in Portsmouth, or for overnight stops for the Continental Ferry Port.
The nearest railway station is less than a mile away in Liss village, on the main line to London Waterloo.
Should you be travelling by car we are very easily accessible from the A3.
Evening meals are available from the Temple Inn Public House in Liss Forest Village, a gentle 2 minute stroll from Forest Lodge, or at any of the delightful country pubs and restaurants within a short drive.
Facilities include off-road parking, tea and coffee making facilities, hair-dryer, radio alarm with ipod dock and secure, wireless internet access.
Check in from 4.30pm and Check out by 10.30am. Breakfast between 8-10am
For the comfort of all of our guests we have a no smoking policy.
Regrettably we are unable to accommodate pets.
Use of flat screen cable TV & DVDs are available in the snug.
