Buckland Manor is a period country house within 20 minutes of Lymington dating from the 16th century with a splendid Georgian and Victorian rooms.
It is reached by a lime tree avenue and surrounded by gardens.
Clive and Jenny Sutton, who have lived here for over 30 years, are now opening their home to guests with two magnificent en suite double bedrooms overlooking the garden, woodland and fields.
The B and B rooms are spacious with every modern amenity including television, wifi and tea making facilities, hairdryers, bath robes and luxury toiletries.
Guests take breakfast in the charming Queen Anne morning room with French doors to the garden where Jenny Sutton, an elected member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists, shows her work.
The house has ample parking and is within easy walking distance of Lymington, close to the marinas, the ferry to the Isle of Wight and a short drive to the nearby beaches.
There are walks from the house and easy access to the ancient hill fort of Buckland Rings.

The French doors open onto a garden where, weather permitting, you can wander with a coffee.
We serve a traditional full English Breakfast, made with only the finest New Forest produce.
Alternatively, you can choose a continental style breakfast with croissants, seasonal fruit and homemade preserves.
We also serve freshly ground coffee and a variety of teas and juices.
