At Ballavair we endeavour to offer you the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our 4 Star accommodation has won a Silver Commendation and we pride ourselves on our quality and friendly welcome.

Set in hundreds of acres of magnificent farm land we breed pedigree Suffolk Sheep and have a small herd of Galloway cows. Ballavair offers you the perfect location for a short break, holiday or for business.

With Castle Town (in the South) only 45 minutes away by car and Douglas (the Islands Capital) 35 minute the Island is at your feet. Discover the Electric or Steam Railway or walk in some of most unspoilt breathtaking scenery you will ever see.

Enjoy the Story of Mann at one of our many historical sites and museums or take a trip to watch the Basking Sharks. There are many stunning golf courses on the Island. Glen Truann being the most recent course to open has a fantastic location right on the northern tip and only 2 minutes drive.

Choose from one of our lovely rooms each one has been designed with your comfort in mind and all have ensuite shower rooms, TV. Hairdryer and refreshments.

Breakfast is cooked from only the freshest local produce and a two course evening meal with coffee can be booked in advance. At the front of the house you can relax in our cottage garden. Guest have their own car park.
