All rooms are full of character as the house is 300 years old, beams original fireplaces and a large Sun Balcony running the length of the building at the rear of the property, All rooms have ensuite facilities /private bathroom, tea-coffee making tray, Television and Free WIFI.

Most rooms have a small Fridge/ minbar/ microwave. The 1st floor rooms at the rear have direct access to the Balcony.

We can cater for any size group from 1/2 to groups of up to 30 persons for large family holidays or weddings. Enjoy a full English breakfast, bacon eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes etc with Stacks of toast and lashings of butter,jam and marmalade OR Continental breakfast if you prefer.

Breakfast hampers can be available if preferred delivered fresh every morning.
Family Suites of 2-3 adjoining rooms also available for larger groups of up to 8 people. e. Price on application.

We are situated in the heart of Hythe but in a quiet conservation area opposite an 11th Century church in quiet lanes with ancient stone walls. We are a 5 minute walk to the Beach and just off the quaint high street with its pubs, restaurants and antique shops. There is plenty to see and do:

Beach
Hythe has an unspoilt beach and pleasant promenade where you can walk along the shore as far as Sandgate and Folkestone without interruption.

Other attractions
The nearby Royal Military Canal offers interesting walks along its banks, whilst the world famous Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Steam Railway (the smallest public railway in the world) takes you over Romney Marsh to Dungeness.

Spa
The Hythe Mercure Imperial caters for day spa treatments and a lovely pool.

Sea fishing
The seafronts of Hythe, Sandgate and Folkestone provide miles of easy-to-access beaches for the sea angler. Throughout the year major angling championships are held.

Coarse Fishing
The Royal Military Canal provides excellent sport for the coarse angler. Carp, tench, bream, roach, rudd and pike are in abundance -
