The Old Cottage
The Old Cottage is a characterful 15th century Grade II listed building situated in the village street conservation area. It is formed from the central part of a small Medieval Open Hall House - built circa 1480-1520 – with exposed beams and later Tudor Inglenook.
Eastling nestles on the North Downs in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty five miles from the Medieval Town and old port of Faversham: home of Britain’s oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame founded in 1698.
The village is surrounded by a network of public footpaths and bridleways: with the Eastling Equestrian Centre two minutes walk. The area is also popular with cyclists.
Faversham Golf Club and Belmont House & Gardens are only three miles drive.
