All rooms are spacious and have en-suite facilities plus the benefit of radio/alarm, shaver socket, tea/coffee making facilities, colour television with remote and of course towels, soap, shampoo and other toiletries are in the room.

For guests comfort and convenience rooms are serviced daily.

Sorry to the smokers but for safety reasons all bedrooms are non-smoking.

Children are not forgotten either because in the lounge we have games and a play station 2 for those sometimes rainy days.

In the dining room we serve a 5 course breakfast every morning which includes fruit juice, cereal, full English breakfast, toast and preserves served with tea and or coffee.
Evening meal is optional.

Terms and conditions of booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of confirming booking and at the tariffs according to season.
A deposit of £10 per person is required which is non returnable.
Rooms will be made available from 1400hrs on day of arrival.
Luggage may be left earlier if required.
Rooms must be vacated by 1000hrs on day of departure.
The rooms may not be occupied by more persons than stated or booked.
The proprietors do not accept responsibility for valuables left in the rooms
Comfort and cleanliness are very important to us and we ask guests to assist us by keeping their rooms clean and tidy and avoiding undue noise and behaviour which might disturb others.
The proprietor reserves the right to cancel accommodation without refund, if in their opinion the behaviour of a guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby inhibited.
In the event of cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name the booking is made in will be liable to pay for the total cost as per reservation, less an allowance for food and service.
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
