The Sandpiper Hotel is owned and run by Pete and Jude Freckelton and offers spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, 24 hour access, a great cooked breakfast and a Bar lounge where you can relax, play pool and get a reasonably priced drink. We also provide little extras that make us stand out from the rest. The Sandpiper Hotel is situated in Blackpool's South Shore, only a few hundred yards from the Promenade. Within two minutes walk (and that really is only two minutes walk!) you can reach the South Pier, Sandcastle Water Park, Casino, Pleasure Beach, New South Promenade and the Beach. Trams and buses run regularly along the Promenade to the Tower and town centre. There are shops, markets and plenty of places to eat on nearby streets.

We have a selection of rooms to suit most needs and can cater for up to 22 guests. Almost all rooms have en-suite facilities (and those that don't have sinks in). It should be noted however that all rooms require the negotiation of stairs.

* All rooms are equipped with a colour TV, controllable heating and a kettle.
* We serve a substantial full English breakfast with unlimited cereal, toast and orange juice.
* We can cater for special diets with advance notice.
* The hospitality tray contains all that is needed to make tea, coffee or hot chocolate as well as biscuits and these supplies are replenished daily.
* Towels and complimentary tissues, soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
* All our rooms are kept spotlessly clean and are serviced everyday
* Access to rooms and hotel at all times and a front door key is provided with the room key.

* On warm summer evenings you can enjoy your drink on the patio.
* We are a biker friendly hotel and have four anchor points with chains for motorbikes.
