The farmhouse is an 18th century building, full of character and refurbished to provide modern amenities. We offer excellent accommodation at reasonable rates with ample space for parking. Vegetarian or special diets catered for on request.

Single and twin rooms are available all with en suite shower rooms, televisions and hospitality trays.

Evening meals are available at a number of local restaurants and hostelries.
We have access, by arrangement, to 5 ponds for coarse fishing within 200 yards of the B&B.

We are situated close to Oldham and Rochdale which are both approx. 4 miles from here. Manchester city centre, which is approx. 6 miles away, offers excellent shopping including Harvey Nicholls and Marks and Spencer. Granada Studios and a visit to Coronation Street is a 'must' while Manchester's Museum of Science will keep the children absorbed for hours. The renowned Trafford Centre is about 10 miles from here and is easily accessible as we are so close to the motorway networks, particularly the M62 and M60.

We are about 20 miles to the north of Manchester airport and the B&B is a good place for a stopover if travelling to or from the north of England.

As we are situated close to the foothills of the Pennines we are within easy reach of the Saddleworth countryside. The villages of Delph, Dobcross, Diggle, Denshaw and Greenfield are well worth a visit. On the Rochdale side we have the picturesque Hollingworth Lake for boating, windsurfing or just walking around.
