Situated in the very heart of Blackpool, close to Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower and Syndicate night club, The Fairway Lodge offers high quality spacious room only accommodation (probably the largest rooms in Blackpool), where comfort makes your stay as pleasurable and flexible as possible.

All rooms are designed with groups in mind, and are capable of accommodating between 2 & 6 persons. All rooms are en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. Each room has TV, radio/alarm, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board.

The rooms are available from 2 pm (or by arrangement) on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11 am on day of departure. The Fairway Lodge provides the ideal hen party weekend accommodation and is also available through the week to contractors working in the town.

If required, breakfast and evening dinners/bar are available at Fairway Hotel (over the road).

Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

Meal times are pre arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.

Rooms are available from 2 pm unless prior arrangements for an earlier time are made.

Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

The management cannot accept any responsibility for lost property unless handed in for safe custody.

Credit card details are required and a £10.00 per person none refundable deposit to secure a booking.

Accounts must be settled before or on the day of arrival. Cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made to allow for bank clearance.

On arrival special security keys are subject to a £10.00 per room refundable deposit.

Cancellations are charged for by means of your £10.00 per person deposit being none refundable.

No shows are charged for by means of the credit card details supplied when booked and are charged at half the original booking cost.

No show means you did not cancel and you did not honour your booking.
Any person part of a group or not can be classed as a no show.
