Lynn and Mark welcome you to our small, cosy Bed and Breakfast in Blackpool. We are situated in a quiet street off Waterloo Road, which is just a 2 minute walk from the promenade where you will find major attractions such as the Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterworld, South Pier and the Grosvenor Casino. We are also a perfect starting point for the world famous illuminations.
All our rooms, which are decorated to a high standard, double glazed, and centrally heated offer:

All ensuite bedrooms available at 'No.31' are as follows

Room 2 - Single bed.
Rooms 3 & 6 - Double bed in each room.
Rooms 1, 4 & 5 - Double bed and a single bed in each room.
Room 7 - Double bed and 2 single beds.

Bedrooms available at 'No.25' with breakfast served at 'No.31' are as follows

Room 1 - Ensuite. Double bed and one single bed plus optional fold up single or double futon bed with room for our travel cot
Room 2 - Ensuite. Double bed.
Room 3 - Ensuite. Double bed and one single bed plus optional fold up single with room for our travel cot.
Rooms 4 & 5 - Standard rooms (ie. not ensuite). Double bed in each.

When staying with us Blackpool Tower and other popular attractions are a short tram journey away, or why not take one of the many Horse & Traps available. Just a 10 minute walk takes you to Bloomfield Road home of Blackpool FC or Waterloo Bowling Club (Waterloo Road). If the peace & tranquility of fishing is what you prefer then Greenhalgh lodge is only a 10 minute car ride away.

We are a small friendly run Guest House which offers full English breakfast to fulfil the heartiest of appetites and always extends a warm welcome to all our guests from couples and families to conference delegates and contractors. We do not cater for all male/female parties.
