The Rosedene Hotel, a small hotel with a big reputation. We were the first hotel in Blackpool to be awarded for its quality, hygiene and comfort. This as been maintained and also been added to with our quality assured award. Melvyn and Suzanne the proprietors will make sure your stay is a good one.

All the Rosedene bedrooms are ensuite; soap and fresh towels provided daily, Tea and coffee trays in rooms. TV with remote controls. We can offer our guest a range of rooms including single, double, and twin we also have two family rooms available. To help our guest to get a good night sleep, we do not cater for single sex groups such as stag and hen parties.

We have a choice of breakfast and an optional four course evening meal. Our food is always fresh and home cooked. We also have a licensed bar which serves a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, for the enjoyment of our guest. We are well situated for all Blackpool has to offer as we are so central.

Just a few minutes walk away from the Winter Gardens, the new Hounds Hill shopping centre. Which is full of great shops Debenhams right on your doorstep. Blackpool Tower, promenade north, central pier, and the beach. Once on the promenade a short stroll will take you to the Sandcastle.

Waterworld, the Pleasure beach, sea life centre. South pier .Why not take a trip on an open top bus step of at Blackpool zoo and Stanley Park a great day out for all the family. Night life is great in Blackpool and can all be reached by foot from the Rosedene no need for taxis a short walk to all bars syndicate, funny girls and many, many more.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt and at the tariffs applicable according to season. Deposits are non refundable of 20 pounds per person required to secure the booking. Rooms will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

In the event of a cancellation or curtailment, should the rooms not be re-let, the person whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay the cost of reservation. If the deposit has been made by using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to the cancellation, will also be made on this account number by the proprietor.

The proprietor reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should you or any party cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guest. Holiday insurance is recommended for all guest.
