£58 per room per night. Special rate of £116 for 3 nights or £348 for 7 nights.

At Christmas & New Year we charge a flat rate of £85 per night including breakfast.

All the fixtures and fittings have been personally chosen to create that feeling of elegance whilst at the same time making sure that it feels like home from home. There is a separate private car park just for guests.

With 100% no smoking the two double rooms have king sized beds, each with its own private en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, electric shaver point and light, dressing gowns, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, CD player/clock radio dressing table with personal mirror and the use of a mini fridge.

We serve a full English Breakfast in the separate guest dining room where you can also relax and watch television.

The golden sands of the award winning beach are only a few hundred yards away from the house, and the busy resort of Mablethorpe is just down the road. The nearby Seal Sanctuary attracts about 250,000 visitors each year and with a nature reserve just a little further up the coast the Mablethorpe Sand Train is kept busy all season connecting the Sanctuary with the town.

We are both keen gardeners and if your the same or just like having plants and flowers around you then you are welcome to walk around and relax in our garden. There are benches and tables and chairs available.

There are a number of nearby attractive market towns like Alford which still has its own windmill, Louth that boasts three market days a week and Horncastle if you fancy a lazy day looking for antiques.
