Ermine Lodge Bed & Breafast

Clean, comfortable and friendly B&B close to Lincoln City set in 2 acres with excellent access to all major routes. All rooms are en-suite and we offer a mid week single occupancy rate of £40 for a double room.

We are a family run 4 Star & Silver Award B&B so quality, comfort and hospitality are our prime considerations.

Breakfast is served between 07.00 and 09.00 and features our own free-range eggs with best quality local bacon, sausages and black pudding. We also serve fresh tomatoes and mushrooms plus baked beans and fried bread. Alternatively you can have a light continental breakfast and there is always a selection of cereals and yoghurts with toast and homemade jams and marmalades.

Our Family room has a King size double bed plus a full size single bed, a dressing room and the en-suite bathroom has a large separate shower cubicle and a massive bath.

The Twin room is very spacious and is equipped for those with some mobility problems. There is a very large walk in shower with grab rails and a seat.

We also have 2 double en-suite bedrooms and like the larger rooms, these are we equipped with refreshment facilities, TV and video etc etc.

No smoking throughout although we do provide a smokers shelter with table and chairs for the comfort of all.

Check in time is from 4.00pm to 10.00pm and we ask all guests to return before 12.30 so as not to disturb others. Check out is by 10.00am.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards except for deposits made on line. We require a deposit of £15 per room per night to secure a booking.
