The Dormy House

We are a small family run Bed and Breakfast close to Bourne town centre in a quiet location just back from the main road. Bourne is a small Market town with a good mix of shopping and dining facilities and is easily accessible from the A1.

All our rooms are on the ground floor, they are all en-suite and have colour televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. We provide off street parking and are within walking distance of the Corn Exchange, Angel Hotel, Bourne Abbey Church and most of the shops and restaurants in the town centre.

Although all the rooms are easily accessible we do have one room specially adapted for guests that require a little extra assistance.

Also we have a family unit which consists of a double and a twin room completely separate from the rest of the building with its own lockable entrance.

The price for all rooms includes a fully cooked breakfast and a vegetarian option is available on request.

We also provide free of charge an Iron, Ironing Board, Hairdryer and Travel Cot if required.

Spalding Flower Festival is very popular in the springtime as is Burghley Horse Trials in the Autumn. At Burghley House there are also Antique and Craft Fairs throughout the summer as well as Concerts and other Cultural events. There are similar events held at Grimsthorpe Castle too.

There is also Husky sled racing at Grimsthorpe castle and many seasonal events scheduled at Bourne Woods throughout the year. If you are thinking of attending any of these events we would recommend you book as early as possible.
