A very warm welcome awaits you at Barns Farmhouse B&B. We have just refurbished our house and our twin rooms are very comfortable and both have a private bathroom.

Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, TV with freeview and wireless internet. Lunches and evening meals are available by request but if you fancy an evening out we have great local pubs close by, including the famous George Hotel which boasts a staggering 600 whiskies.

Up to two dogs are more than welcome at no extra charge. There are plenty of nice walks around here away from roads. There is also an enclosed 5 acre paddock where you may keep your horse (by arrangement). Please note we do not have stables at this time.

We are very well located. A stones throw from RAF Cranwell with easy access to Newark and the A1. Perfect for the showground and the famous antique fairs. The historic cathedral city of Lincoln is an easy drive (25 mins).

Well worth a visit to see the charming uphill area with the castle, the cobbled streets and of course the cathedral itself. If you want to stay local there’s loads to do including the fabulous Bubble Car Museum (a great place to visit for people of all ages). We are half a mile away from PGL, the popular adventure holiday centre for children. PF International Kart Circuit is just outside our local village, Caythorpe.

Also very close by are Cranwell Aviation Centre, Ancaster Paintballing and Go-carting and Belton House to name a few! Our nearest town is the historic market town of Sleaford. The Hub arts centre is well worth a visit.
