All of Our guests are made very welcome and we guarantee them a pleasant stay at The Old School House.

A Full English Breakfast is served between 5am - 9am.
All dietary requirements are catered for.

We do our very best to make your bed and breakfast as a 'home from home' atmosphere.
Peaceful Greetham is the 3rd highest point in Lincolnshire.
There are panoramic views of the Wolds Countryside from our bedroom windows.

We are 5 minutes away from Horncastle - the Antiques Town of the Year, 15 minutes away from Cadwell Park motorbike and car racing circuit, 40 minutes from Lincoln City.

There are plenty of beautiful walks around here.
Our twin bed room has a private bath and electric shower, our double bedroom has a power shower in the en-suite. Both bedrooms have luxury bedding as standard.

We have a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude towards our guests.
There are good pubs and restaurants to cater for your evening meals just 5 minutes from Greetham.
