We are a cosy, friendly, family run bed and breakfast in Hale Village that offer quality accommodation. Our 17th century farmhouse is set in 1 acre of well-manicured gardens a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The Bed and Breakfast is situated in the picturesque and historical village of Hale. We are located 2 miles from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and 10 miles from Liverpool City Centre. Our comfortable spacious rooms can accommodate single, twin, double and families.

All our rooms have en-suite facilities freeview digital flat screen TV’s, DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and free Wifi.

Our freshly prepared Full English Breakfast is the perfect start to a busy day whether it be work or play we also have a full selection of continental options. This is all included in our room rates; if you require an early departure we will be please to accommodate your needs.

Secure off-road courtyard parking is available for all guests. Long or short stay parking is also available by arrangement, please see the Park and Fly information. Airport transfers are available on request.

We are a non-smoking establishment, however, there is a large patio area outside that we have provided for guest to use.

Hale is a beautiful historic village in itself, with it’s thatched houses, light house, beautiful restored park, even its own Lord Mayor! There are two village pubs serving good food and fine ales, both within easy walking distance from The Cottage. We also have a Hale village coffee shop, which operates three times a week from the village hall, selling wonderful homemade cakes and scones.
