Orchard Farm

Orchard farm is a rural working farm with our own herd of rare breed Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs in a very quiet and pretty area of North Norfolk only 6 miles from the coast.

Accommodation comprises of a double or twin room with own bathroom and dining room.

Car parking space is available also a garden to sit in and enjoy the peace.

Full English breakfast includes sausages and bacon from our own herd of rare breed Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs.

Come and learn how to look after pigs or how to make your own sausages using our pork in our training courses that are available on request. Our own pork and bacon is also sold at the farmhouse. Come and see all the new born piglets, scratch the ears of our friendly boars and watch the sows look after the young. We also have horses on the farm that love to be fed apples and carrots and have their ears scratched too.

Local attractions include: Thursford Attractions, Blakeney, Wells, Cley, Holt and Sheringham, Pensthorpe, Holkham and many more.

North Norfolk is an area of outstanding, unspoilt beauty with many National Trust places to visit. Walk for miles along the North Norfolk Coast and stop at one of the numerous good pubs or hotels for lunch- our own local pub also has its own micro brewery. This is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy walking or bird watching with many nature reserves along the coast road from Hunstanton through Burnham Market to Holkham and Wells onto Sheringham to Cromer. Taste the famous Cromer crabs and eat fresh sea food at the famous Cookies in Salthouse where you can eat outdoors or in the summerhouse on warm summer evenings.

The wonderful, old city of Norwich with its fantastic cathedral and the only outdoor market in England that trades for six days a week is only approximately 20 miles away.
