Repton House is situated in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Swaffham, an historic market town.
Centrally located, from here you can explore the quiet & beautiful countryside of Norfolk.
Repton House has a warm atmosphere and Gary and Jackie are on hand to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Your tasty English breakfast is cooked to order using locally produced sausages and bacon. The fresh eggs are from our hens in the garden. Special diets are also catered for.
There is ample off street parking in the drive and a large garage with lock up facilities for your cycles.
A sitting area with patio table and chairs is available in the attractive gardens.
If you need to keep in touch, there is free wireless internet connection in the rooms
The Bedrooms
Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style both bedrooms have en-suite shower facilities.
Orchid Room - a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower room
Rose Room - a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite shower room.
The bedrooms are light and airy and are equipped with flat screen colour television & DVD player, alarm clock/radio, hairdryer. There is free wireless internet connection now available.
A hospitality tray with bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits.
Tissues, cotton buds, nail file, shower cap and sewing kit are provided.
White Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are used. Shower gel and handwash provided.
The shower rooms have under floor heating, heated towel rails, large shower, washbasin and toilet.
Enjoy breakfast overlooking the woodland garden, you can watch garden birds and our chickens from the window
Special diets are catered for: - vegetarians, gluten free.

We use fresh eggs from our hens and local produce whenever possible.
Repton House is within an easy walking distance of Swaffham, an historic market town in the Breckland area of Norfolk. Swaffham offers a variety of shops, the Town Museum, a beautiful medieval church and several restaurants. There is a market in the Square every Saturday. The town is featured as Market Shipborough in the TV series 'Kingdom' with Stephen Fry.
Tourist attractions include:- The lovely unspoilt North Norfolk coast with Blakeney Point (to watch the seals), Holkham Beach (voted best beach 2009 by Coast Magazine), Sandringham House and Estate are within 30/40 minutes drive. NT Oxburgh Hall is nearby with many events held during the summer.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve is a lovely place to visit. The reserve near Fakenham, is about a 20 minute drive away.
Narborough Hall Gardens are open Wednesdays and Sundays until the end of September. Also well worth a visit are the tranquil Gooderstone Water gardens, open all year.
There are many walks locally, including the National Trail - the Peddars Way, and the pretty village of Castle Acre with its Castle ruins, Priory and Church is well worth a visit.
Norwich is a pleasant city with much to offer: Cathedral, Castle, theatres, shopping etc. and is 45 minutes drive. Cambridge, has wonderful colleges to explore and great shopping, it is an hours drive, with easy park and ride facilities.
