We have 10 rooms located on 3 floors. All rooms are spacious and well appointed and have the following facilities;

Breakfast, selected from our extensive menu, is served in bright and spacious surroundings at individual tables to suit the size of your party. Packed lunches and snacks are available (extra charge). Special diets can be catered for with prior notice.

We pride ourselves in our excellent service, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness. Many guests return year after year.

Car parking is on-street, free and unrestricted. One of the few areas of Great Yarmouth where parking is not charged for.

Sandy Acres is situated about 200 metres from the seafront and less than a mile from the town centre shops & markets. Great Yarmouth Racecourse is a short stroll away.
