Mullions B&B, run by Annie & Jeff Cox, is situated on the outskirts of Sheringham at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which has no passing traffic and has country walks just a stone's-throw away.

The accommodation comprises two double rooms for up to 4 guests with a shared, guest-only bath/shower-room with heated flooring. The guest bedrooms benefit from multi-channel satellite TV’s, free Wireless internet connection, tea and coffee making facilities with luxury biscuits, bathrobes, toiletries and hairdryers.

Other benefits include a secure garage for one motorcycle or up to 4 bicycles and off-road parking. There is a delightful west facing conservatory and patio, which gets the sun well into the evening. Weather permitting, have an al-fresco breakfast or a relaxing evening drink outside!

Sheringham town centre is only a ten-minute walk and country walks are only two minutes away. If you are coming by public transport, Annie & Jeff will be very happy to collect you from the towns train and bus stations.

Annie & Jeff offer a full range of breakfasts and all goods are sourced, wherever possible, from local, independent suppliers. Organic produce is regularly used and is sourced directly from the farm where Annie works.

Annie & Jeff have lived in North Norfolk for a combined 70 years so know the area like the backs of their hands. They can arrange reservations at local restaurants or maybe organize a trip on the Broads or maybe a local pleasure flight as Jeff has a pilot's license and has access to (subject to weather and availability) a locally based light aircraft. Jeff will also happily accompany walkers on long hikes or arrange drop-off or collection by car from anywhere in the area.

Double room from £50 per night (£40 single occupancy)

The bathroom is shared between guests and not with the owners. Annie and Jeff are happy to discuss sole use of one room if required offering complete privacy of the facilities or two people between the two rooms, please ring to discuss further details.
