We offer 3 rooms the Double room has its own lockable private shower room, with sink and WC

The Twin has two single beds, with en-suite shower room.

The special 4-poster has an en-suite spa bath with shower, a seating area with leather sofa, a private balcony with table and chairs for 2, and it has its own private entrance away from the main house.

All rooms have colour TV/video tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, hairdryers, CD players and lots of extras.
We are situated on the edge of the village surrounded by open farmland, A peaceful haven for all wanting a quiet get away , from the hustle and bustle of busy everyday life

We have an acre of garden with a fair sized lake and guests are welcome to use the garden and guest lounge at anytime during their stay,

A complimentary tray of tea or coffee is offered on arrival.
There are numerous places to eat in the local area, a list is provided in all rooms.in our Welcome folder. but in the busy season booking is essential to secure a table with certain places
Although we are a non-smoking establishment, smokers are welcome to smoke in the garden weather permitting.
There are a lot of nice walks in the area, whether you prefer the countryside, along the beaches or clifftops, also there is the quiet Lanes network around Mundesley and surrounding area. good for walkers and cyclists alike.
There are lots of places for bird watchers including our own garden where we get alsorts visiting and nesting including just recently a kingfisher,and a pair of kestrells.
There are several golf courses in Norfolk, But local to the Pines there is one in Mundesley, also The Royal Cromer golf course , and Sherringham are a short drive away and the Links at West Runton.
So many things to see and do in Norfolk there are the Historic houses like Felbrigg Hall in Cromer with its walled garden and dove cote, then there is Blickling Hall with its guided walk around the gardens,Houghton hall and Wolterton among just a few along the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
As for gardens there is the once seen never forgotten garden at The Old Vicarage at East Ruston a must for every visitor.
