Jan and Don MacLellan offer a warm welcome to visitors to Holly Corner, a large Tudor-style family home Bed & Breakfast situated in a quiet Private Drive on the outskirts of beautiful & historic Knaresborough. Ideally situated for visiting all events in the Harrogate area.

Room availability - 1 Double, 1 Single and 1 Twin (available on request).

All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities and colour television, magazines and local information.

The double has a large private bathroom, & separate toilet as well as a large hand wash-basin in the room itself.

The single has sole use of a shower room.

Accommodations are on separate landings for privacy. Shaver points are situated in all rooms or their facilities. There are hairdryers, robes and soft towels in all rooms for the use of our guests.

The Double
The double room is beautifully appointed, a comfortable restful room with tea & coffee facilities and colour TV.

It has an outlook on to the charming garden at the rear of the house.

This room has an adjacent large bathroom.

The Single
The single room is very attractive with an outlook to the front of the house.

Tea & coffee facilities and TV are included. This room has sole use of a large shower room.

The Twin Room
(Only available on request.)

Although small, a quiet & comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities, television, adjacent bathroom and separate toilet

The Garden
This is the garden where Jan spends as much time as her busy life allows. Many of the plants she grows are for sale.

Also an accomplished water colourist and craftswoman many of these items can also be purchased.

Breakfast is served in a cosy and comfortable room

Breakfast times, by arrangement on registering, are 8:30am or 9:00am only.

A serve-yourself breakfast is available prior to these times on request.

Directions
From A1(M) take A59 into Knaresborough, continuing through the town to the bottom of the High Street. Turn left at the traffic lights (T-junction on A59 to Harrogate).

Immediately take right-hand lane and turn right at next traffic lights, B6165. (25 metres)

(If travelling from Harrogate on A59 enter Knaresborough and at the first set of traffic lights, turn left on B6165.)

Holly Corner is situated in Coverdale Drive which is the first turning right at the top of the hill, (Private Street). Follow the Drive around to the RIGHT, not straight on. Holly Corner is on the RIGHT HAND SIDE.

Walking time to the town centre and riverside is 8 minutes.

With such a limited number of guests you are assured of the most friendly and personal service, and a freshly prepared wholesome breakfast.
