Formerly the ‘the Mill Owner’s House’ from the cotton production era the house now stands as a historical landmark in Ingleton. Bridge End is well known, locally, for the three storey picture window overlooking the River Doe.
Bridge End is a grade II listed Georgian Mansion House with an original ‘Waring and Gillows’ sweeping staircase retaining its old age character and charm. The property has 5 luxury bedrooms, which have been recently refurbished. All our double rooms have en suite shower rooms and our twin room has a private bathroom with spa bath.
Open all year, Bridge End is within walking distance of the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail and outdoor heated swimming pool, yet central to the village. The area is particularly popular with outdoor enthusiast including walkers, climbers & cyclists.
Although only a small village, Ingleton offers a variety of shops selling, groceries, wines & spirits, specialist outdoor activity, equipment/clothing supplies. There is an excellent choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes, fish and chips, and sandwich shops.
