Manor Grange is a stone converted barn offering comfortable 4-star en suite accommodation in an idyllic countryside setting yet only 5 minutes from M40 Junction 10 and 20 minutes from M1 Junction 15A. Cottisford is one of the rural hamlets that inspired Flora Thompson's Lark Rise to Candleford.
We are under 15 minutes from Silverstone Racing Circuit, which hosts the British Grand Prix, Moto GP and Superbikes and where you can enjoy an exciting driving experience day.
The National Trust's magnificent Stowe Landscape Gardens, Tanks A Lot for tank driving courses, Sulgrave Manor, the market towns of Brackley, Bicester Village and Buckingham are all around 10 minutes away. Banbury, with its excellent shopping centre, the famous Banbury Cross, a lovely canal and museum, is under 30 minutes.
Oxford with its colleges, museums, punting on the river, lovely restaurants and lively cosmopolitan atmosphere is around 30 minutes, as is the modern town of Milton Keynes with its huge shopping centre, snow ski slope, theatre etc. The County town of Northampton is also about 30 minutes.
The Cotswolds villages and gardens (Hidcote, Barnsley, Kiftsgate)are within easy reach, as are Luton and Heathrow airports, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle and Blenheim Castle.
We pride ourselves on the warm welcome, friendly personal service and home cooking that we offer our guests. Our double en suite rooms have views over open fields, Freeview television, clock radio and tea-making facilities.
Our rooms are from £65.00 per night including a choice of full English breakfast with homemade bread and preserves and local free-range eggs. We can recommend some good local pubs and restaurants.
