1 hr to Cambridge

Good fishing nearby, lakes, river, canal £30 per year.

Ideal location for touring the country, in central position. Good rail and road connections. For bus pass holders, the local bus stops opposite every 20 minutes, connections for all areas

The town has man bars, restaurants, large swimming pool, gyms and many parks. 20 minutes away is Wicksteed Pleasure Park, Althorpe House (Diana Princess of Wales family seat) 45 minutes.

The house is not designed for B&B, but is normal family home. Good wholesome meals available.

Silverstone racetrack is 45 mins away, Towcester Racecourse 40 mins. Universities of Northampton, Leicester and Bedford just a short drive.

Long term hire considered, commercial clients welcome. The house has no major pets, and pets are not welcome. Non smoking residence.

The whole area is laced with footpaths and has a high concentration of walking clubs, regular walks every Sunday and Wednesday evenings from April to September ( see BWF web site for details) for long term guests laundry can be done for a small charge.
