All our rooms are double glazed and centrally heated with huge bathrooms; the tide laps gently under your snug window seats from which you can catch up on all your reading, paint or simply unwind as you gaze across the vast stretch of golden sands which form Beadnell Bay.

Beach Court - literally seconds from the shore and adjacent to the tiny eighteenth century harbour (the only one on England's East coast to face Westwards), is one of the most distinctive and photographed properties on the entire North East coastline, being built from local stone literally barrowed from the foreshore and erected on the prime historical site, overlooking both the harbour and bay.
