WELCOME
Alan and Sylvia offer a warm welcome in a peaceful non-smoking environment. Every effort has been made to provide for all your needs, in this lovely peaceful house, where you can unwind and relax in a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. Situated in the quiet leafy North Hill area of Minehead, the house in only 200 meters from the Sea Front and just a short distanbce to all local shops and amenities.

Only a mile from the A39. OAKFIELD is surrounded by beautiful countryside and overlooks the sea, which is only a few minutes walk away.

Minehead is a bustling market town, which has many good restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes.. On the edge of Exmoor National Park OAKFIELD is ideally situated for walking or touring.

The West Somerset Stream Railway with its nine old time stations will take you back in time.

BREAKFAST
Full English breakfast is served from 8a.m. to 9 a.m. in our spacious yet cosy Breakfast Room. We ar happy to cater for guests with Vegetarian Diets, subject to prior notice.

ACCOMMODATION
We have Three Self Contained Double Suites. (Twins can be arranged) all have full en-suite facilities with own Bath Wash Hand basin and Shower.

AMENITIES
All three Suites have Remote Controlled Colour Television with Text. Generous Courtesy Tray, Alarm Clock Radio, Shaver Point, Hair Drier etc. All suites are double glazed and have full central heating. Two Suites have Sea Views and one has Garden Views. Each Suite has a comfortably furnished Lounge Area for your relaxation at the end of the day.

To add a romantic touch to your stay here, for a small extra charge we can arrange to have chocolates or a bouquet of flowers in your room ready and waiting for you on arrival.

FOR YOUR CONENIENCE
In the interests of both health and safety, we have a non smoking policy throughout the building. Guests are invited to use our lawned front garden and the garden futniture provided.
