Situated just 15 minutes drive south from the centre of the beautiful Roman city of Bath with it's newly built spa. & soon to open a smart new southgate development of shops & modern accommodation. The Granary is only a 45 minute drive from Bristol airport & 15 minutes from the famous Longleat estate with it's safari Park, beautiful mansion house & grounds & many other attractions.

Plenty of room to relax & unwind or to build up an appetite walking along the many footpaths. Behind the house can be found an exquisite 14th Century church, built on the site of an earlier Norman church. Tellisford has a recorded history dating back to the Domesday, & physical evidence shows that there has been settlement here since Neolithic times.

Pack your wellies and include a stroll through the village and over the Packhorse Bridge to the weir (often known as a local beauty spot) and for the more energetic, continue on to the neighbouring village of Rode for a light lunch or refreshment in The Mill at Rode pub, before completing your circuit back to the Granary Bed and Breakfast.

The rooms are comfortably furnished to a high standard with colour TV, and tea & coffee making facilities. There are two double rooms, one with a balcony & wonderful views of the garden with the ducks on the pond & far reaching views.

This room would also accommodate a family on extra folding beds. The other double room has also a single bed & both have en suite shower rooms. There is a guest lounge with widescreen T.V.
