We have just one guest room with private shower room. It is situated near the front door on the ground floor. It can be arranged as a king size double or 2 single beds, this versatile room is ideal either for couples or friends. It is the only room on the ground floor so is very self contained and private.

Church Street is possibly one of the best streets in this lovely Somerset walled village, it is quiet and peaceful. The house is modern and recently refurbished and it overlooks some wonderful Georgian Mansions by John Wood in honey coloured Bath stone. There are some pleasant walks from the house many on level ground.

We make sure the breakfasts comprise only the finest quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. Homemade jams and award winning rare breeds sausages on usually on the menu.

We are also able to cater for special diets and if required can provide packed lunches and light suppers.

The in room hospitality tray comprises all the usual beverages, plus real coffee individual filters and sachets of hot chocolate and bottles of mineral water for your days sightseeing!

The delightful cottage style gardens are maintained by the owners and guests are welcome to enjoy this tranquil space on warmer days. Breakfast can also be served on the terrace.

There is convenient parking outside the front door. When visiting Bath, why not leave your car and use the frequent buses to the City centre, or walk the 3.5 miles along the Kennet and Avon canal. On summer days, catch the Pulteney Princess river cruiser from Bathampton Mill and enjoy a trip along the river Avon to the Centre of Bath.

Black Cat Studio is also on the premises and the owner makes a range of hand thrown and hand built pottery all available to purchase. Single stamps are also on sale.
