A warm welcome awaits you at Arden Cottage. The cottage has been sympathetically restored and maintains many original features such as inglenook fireplace, beams, flagstone and wooden floorboards.

It has a cosy conservatory that overlooks the pretty gardens, which surround the house. There is secure off-road parking for guests' vehicles. A pretty lounge is available just for Guests where they can sit and enjoy watching TV/DVDs or just relax and read a book.

We have 3 pretty bedrooms: 1 ensuite twin/double, one kingsize and one single that share a private bathroom. These 2 rooms offer excellent accommodation for families. All the rooms offer high quality accommodation whether visiting overnight on business or seeking a relaxing well-earned break. There are tea/coffee-making facilities in each room along with complimentary cookies. DAB radio, hairdryer and other little home comforts are also available.

For the more active you can explore West Somerset either by bicycle or by foot, walking in the Quantocks or along the Coleridge Way.

Enjoy a hearty Aga-cooked breakfast using good quality local produce. Jane makes her own crunchy Granola to serve at breakfast with fresh fruit salad and Greek yoghurt for the more health conscience guest.

If you'd like a little more pampering, Jane can also offer a relaxing Bowen Technique treatment at an additional charge. This wonderful treatment can help reboost the bodies own healing system and thus aid all sorts of ailments or it is just a lovely way to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Whatever the reason for your stay, we want you to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Local attractions near by are The West Somerset Steam railway, a great day out and a lovely way to see the coast, maybe stopping off to enjoy a cream tea in Dunster, Blue Anchor, Bishops Lydeard or quaint harbour town of Watchet.
