Holly Tree Cottage Bed & Breakfast

This is not my first enterprise. I previously ran White House Farm Bed and Breakfast in Darsham. I would love the chance to welcome any of my 'old' guests to my new venture - you can be sure you would be made most welcome.

We are not sure how old Holly Tree Cottage is, but we think it has origins in the 17th century, with greater additions during many other periods. It was originally two cottages. It is full of nooks and crannies, higgledy piggledy and not quite what you would expect.
Lovely gardens surround the house, where you are welcome to sit and have a drink during those long summer evenings.

Breakfast is served in our beautiful conservatory overlooking the gardens or in the beautiful period dining room, which is cooler during summer months.

We have plenty of safe, secure parking. Although on a main road we are fully double glazed, and perfectly situated for visiting all the surrounding attractions, such as Southwold, Aldeburgh, Minsmere, Dunwich etc.

There are also many pubs within a few mile radius that serve fantastic food and good beers/wines.

We only have one double en-suite room and one double with private bathroom avaialble, with full english breakfast or continental. As we are so small we can offer a personal, individual, friendly service.

We have only recently moved but we have been working hard and would love to take the opportunity of welcoming you, as guests, into our warm, cosy, comfortable home. Hopefully you will return another time as our friends.....
