We offer the following facilities. Single/twin/double/family rooms, most of our rooms are newly reburbished with full en-suit available, all rooms have a 26inch flat screen televisions with freeview, Tea and coffee facilities, Fire certificate, Full central heating, Double Glazed throughout.

Full English breakfast is included in the price, other dietary requirements are also catered for, please inform us when booking.

Those who don’t eat breakfast can order a small breakfast bag, this consists of, 1 sandwich, piece of fruit, carton of fresh orange, 1 chocolate bar or biscuit.

For only £5 we can place a bottle of wine with glasses in your room for your arrival. Please contact us for more offer

We now have a late check-out, available only on a week-end.

As we are between the seafront and the town centre, there are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from,
Let us know your favourite kind of food, and we will recommend a variety of local restaurants, or better still we can make a reservation on your behalf.

Packed lunches are available on request for £5.
We are only a 5min walk from the sea front, and a 2 min walk from the town centre, and all the local transport links.

We are only a short walk away from the roman fort, and a 20min metro ride away from Newcastle city centre.
