Luxury Farmhouse Accommodation in Shakespeare Country.

Situated between three picturesque villages in a peaceful part South Warwickshire.
Crandon House is set in 20 acres, with beautiful views over unspoilt countryside.

Guests receive a very warm welcome at our lovely farmhouse offering an exceptionally high standard of accommodation, comfort & personal service.

There is a large garden with ornamental pool and the traditional farmland that surrounds the house, supports an abundance of wildlife.

Our small working farm has a variety of livestock including rare British White cattle, Southdown sheep and free-range poultry, ducks & geese.

The Accommodation

There are three attractive bedrooms double & twin bedrooms in the house, all with en suite or private bathrooms/shower, colour television, tea/coffee tray, hairdryer and many other extras to make your stay enjoyable

We have recently converted the old dairy set in the garden adjacent to the farmhouse into delightful guest accommodation.

Two de-luxe en suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Each room has a double and a single bed, colour television, tea / coffee tray, hairdryer and a trouser press with ironing facilities.

All rooms have central heating and the wood stove in the sitting room is lit in chilly weather.

There are two sitting rooms, where visitors may enjoy the view and a refreshing tray of tea & biscuits on arrival or after busy day sightseeing!

We serve delicious breakfasts in the guest's dining room. The extensive menu includes traditional English farmhouse, or a selection of other dishes including fresh fruit, yoghourt, porridge, kippers, smoked haddock. Homemade marmalade and preserves and free-range eggs from own hens make our breakfasts really special.

Plenty of traditional English village pubs & restaurants nearby, three within a five minute drive.

How to find us

We are located approximately four miles from M40 Junction 12 and 6 miles from M40 Junction 11

Directions from M40 South Junction 12: Leave at junction 12 (Gaydon) follow B4451 towards Gaydon. At junction with B4100 turn left for Warmington & Country Park. Continue until sign left for Avon Dassett (about 4 miles). Drive over motorway. Bear left into village. Drive through Avon Dassett village, go up steep hill. From there continue for about 1 mile until staggered crossroads. Then turn right signed Farnborough. Crandon House is on the right (600 metres).
