Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast
We hope to welcome you to our comfortable farmhouse where we offer a very friendly service. On your arrival Rebecca likes to offer a cream tea for those folk who just want to relax in our pleasant visitors lounge or in the summer sit out on the patio.
When you have settled in we can then point you in the direction of the local pub (which you can walk to in 10 minutes on a nice evening or drive to if you prefer) or several other pleasant establishments in the area! Especially the very well frequented Huntsman Carvery in the not too far away small town of Dunchurch. But that very good restaurant does need booking.
Leamington is a multi-cultural town with many different good eating establishments.
Your excellent breakfast is served in our pretty conservatory at a time to suit you.
A full English Breakfast is offered, along with Kippers, Salmon/Cream Cheese/on a Bagel, and various Omelettes. Plus all the usual breakfast items you would hope for.
Considering we are in the countryside we are still situated just 2 miles from the attractive Georgian town of Leamington Spa with excellent shopping and just 4 miles from the very old market town of Warwick with the famous Warwick Castle.
We are a family run mixed arable farm with a flock of 400 mule breeding ewes lambing in February/March.
We are ideally situated for Birmingham with its superb shopping - leave your car at the farm and catch the train for a day out from Leamington Station. Warwick is only 4 miles away - a lovely old market town with it's famous castle now owned by Madame Tussauds with the addition of it's very lifelike wax figures. Stratford upon Avon is less than half an hour in the car where you can visit The Royal Shakespeare Theatre or take a trip on the River Avon, or visit Shakespeare's Birthplace.
The NEC is approximately forty minutes away by car but also very accessible by train (once again just leave your car at the farm). The Royal Showground is 5 miles from us with many events taking place. Kenilworth Castle with it's newly re-created Elizabethan Garden that was initially designed by Robert Dudley for Queen Elizabeth's 1st visit. She kept a copy of his last letter to her until the day she died and it was found in a casket by her bed!
We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Hill Farm soon.
